Via our partnership with HPN Global, we will conduct an extensive, confidential hotel search to help you find the best overall deal for your event. Within 48 hours, I can have initial rates, dates, concessions, F&B costs and more so you can start narrowing location options for your event. What could take you weeks to accomplish, we can do in days! We recently did a search for a client entailing 84 hotels and got them results within 3 business days. How long woud you have to spend reaching out to 84 hotels?
Site Visit Arrangements

When we do a serach for you and you want to do site visits to see the properties in person, we’re here to help. We’ll take care of setting up the sites and building out an agenda for you that will include scheduling transportation, appointments, and meetings with the sales staff at all of the properties you want to see. If necessary, we will also make that trip with you on our dime to help you on site. We love traveling with our clients!

For one of our clients, we recently negotiated a savings of over $1.5M in costs for a 2 year agreement for their annual rally.

I work with you to review all contracts to ensure the best terms and conditions are being offered while confirming that all previously offered upgrades, discounts and other “extras” are included before signature. Further, we work together to verify all of your meeting requirements, set up times and meeting rooms contracted are blocked appropriately according to your agenda at the time of contract. COVID-19 has brought about a whole new world when it comes to contracting an event at a hotel. While we'll work together to verify all of your meeting requirements are held per your specifications, I'll also be closely reviewing the agreements to ensure they reflect all the latest industry standards from attrition to Force Majeure and more to give you peace of mind that your organization and your attendees can meet with confidence.
